• LoRA Training & Generation: Custom LoRA model training and image generation
• Video Generation: AI-generated videos with various quality and duration options
• Music Generation: AI-generated music and lyrics from text descriptions

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

• System circumvention: Attempting to bypass human verification (e.g., Turnstile/CAPTCHA), concurrency limits, daily usage caps, or any other technical safeguards
• API misuse: Using API keys or authentication tokens to make automated bulk requests beyond normal human usage patterns
• Credit manipulation: Exploiting bugs, race conditions, or system errors to obtain credits, refunds, or services without proper payment
• Account sharing or resale: Sharing account credentials, API keys, or subscription benefits with third parties, or reselling access to the service

Enforcement actions may include, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

1. Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
2. Revocation of subscription benefits (including unlimited access privileges), with the account downgraded to pay-per-use
3. Forfeiture of all remaining credits in your account — no refund or compensation will be provided for forfeited credits
4. Denial of refund for any subscription fees already paid during the period in which the violation occurred
5. Blocking of associated payment methods, email addresses, or IP addresses to prevent re-registration

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• We employ automated systems to detect abnormal usage patterns, and these systems may flag accounts for review
• Enforcement decisions are final and not subject to appeal, except where required by applicable law
• You waive any claim to refund, compensation, or damages arising from enforcement actions taken in response to a verified violation of these terms
